My aunt had just received her new auto insurance card, but had forgotten to put it in her wallet. We got to the DMV appt, and they asked for her auto insurance, she did not have the up to date card in her wallet! We anxiously called her agent, who was unavailable to take the call. Quickly, I Googled a State Farm Insurance provider in the area, and got this agency. We live in Illinois, they are located in Wisconsin. Savannah attempted by various ways to contact my aunt's agent, but was unsuccessful. She selflessly and quickly located and uploaded my aunt's insurance card and sent it to me and also the DMV. She saved the day! We appreciate her assistance so much!"
