"Savannah from Andrew Stark's State Farm office in Mequon is amazing! I'm not gonna lie...I HATE dealing with insurance companies, not to mention insurance in general. But she truly impressed me with her exceptional customer service. She took the time to break things down for me, she was quick with her quotes whereas other companies told me it would be a couple WEEKS before I'd get a quote! And then, even though it took me awhile to actually make the switch, she gave me the time and space I needed knowing how busy my life is, and didn't hound me or blow up my phone or email to try to get the sale like so many of them do. She was always incredibly friendly and pleasant and just HUMAN with me. I really appreciated that! And the one other gal who answered the phone a few times (I THINK it was Nicole, but I could be wrong and I'm sorry if I am!) was also super friendly and called me by name and just made me feel like we were all old friends! CS is dead these days so it's refreshing to find a team of people who take it seriously and who treat their customers as they should.
